Yes. There are so many exorcists and finders always getting injured and stuff so i thought 'heck... who's taking care of these guys? we dont even SEE Allen's doctor when his arm gets blown off! SOMEONE's gotta be taking care of these guys!'

I'll upload more about his personality and stuff at a later date... but for now, just know that he's a sourpuss with a strong jamaican accent and hates his job.
